Organised by the European Writers’ Council (Brussels), hosted by the European Parliament (Brussels), sponsored by InterGu (Germany).

Participants include authors’ delegates of national and trans-national associations of writers and literary translators from over 27 European countries; Members of the European Parliament; representatives of the European Commission Directorates General Education, Culture and Multilingualism, Information Society and Media, Internal Markets and Services - Copyright Unit; representatives of creators’ organisations, such as the European Federation of Journalists (EFJ), and the European Council of Artists; allied associations including UNI-MEI, IFFRO and many more.
